Enterprise Audit:

We begin our process with a comprehensive audit of existing setups of your database infrastructure, including the analysis of the application and web tiers.  We review performance levels of concurrent processes and key queries, in parallel with a storage/disk, network and telecommunication metrics analysis for evaluating potential performance bottlenecks.  The bi-product of this analysis is our Enterprise Roadmap, which we review in detail with you to agree upon which proposed changes will be implemented and when – whether it’s a phased approach or a full cutover - so that we can jointly agree upon direction based on business continuity challenges.

Enterprise Road map:

Upon completion of the Enterprise Audit, we will provide you with a detailed specification based on our findings, as well as proposed deployment methodology, instance management strategy and maintenance plan in addition to customizing post production support strategy.   We develop a schema, as well as an architectural diagram of how the system will look.

Throughout the design and architecture phase we work with senior management and your senior development team to produce deliverables:

  1. An Enterprise Audit, complete with system parameters and performance Metrics
  2. An Enterprise Road map of proposed physical systems prototype
  3. An Enterprise Road map of proposed stored procedures and query enhancements
  4. A customized maintenance program
  5. A customized Post Production support program
